All of this within the framework of the liberation of Kosovo 25 years ago.
To honour this holiday in Kosovo today stands former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama will both be in Pristina.
But Kosovo's prime minister will have a meeting of only one.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's name is nowhere mentioned in his busy agenda. It seems that nothing about liberation has relaxed reports with Rama's Kurt.

A few days ago, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti stressed that the main crack with Rama has occurred because of attitudes towards Serbia and the Open Balkans.
“E we have that difference over the open Balkan issue, attitude towards Belgrade and so forth, but in the sense of approaching, Kosovo integration- Albania, I believe, have dramatized differences as cartoons, while the positive things are somewhat silent”.
Although they have not been spared at all in the language that they refer to each other and the bilatheral communication margins have been very positive, Kurti estimates that co-operation between the ministers of the two countries has been better than any previous government.
“In the sense of jobs committed, results achieved I think we are better than all previous governments. Even sometimes when it seemed that we as two prime ministers have no excellent relations that was never worth the ministers”, Kurti said at A2 CNN.
