Edi Rama: Without Ibrahim Rugova there would be no U CK, gave his people previously unknown power in our lands

He said without Ibrahim Rugova there would be no Kosovo Liberation Army.

According to him, Rugova was the only one in this country who had realised that the conflict is not the way for long-term justice.
