Former top diplomat reacts to Montenegrin president who did not show up for meeting with Vjosa Osman

Former Montenegrin diplomat Miodrag Vlahovic has reacted to his country's President Jakov Milatovic, who has not published the meeting with President Vjosa Osmani.

Vlahovic said this was a real meeting, not those when you get photographed by a leader.
