The preliminary procedure judge has approved the prosecution's request for the appointment of the detention measure, and the same has been assigned a length of (1) months.
The announcement says that I appreciate that the conditions for the detention assignment have been met, because if the defendant A.V. is released in freedom, the same may be impossible for criminal procedure, there is risk of his departure, as the same is the citizen of Sebia and thus could prevent the course of criminal procedure. ”
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
