According to the decision, the Constitution has found that articles 2, 7 and 8 of this Law are not in agreement with Article 1 paragraph 24 [Entimate vs Law] and Article 32 [rights for Juridical Tools] “in interconnection with Article 2 of the Constitution's Article 101 [Sivor Service]”.
“Nnets 9, 10 and 11 are not compatible with Article 1's paragraph 31 [Rights in Right and Immediate Judgment] of the Constitution”, the statement said.
