The Iranian Red Cross has also confirmed that five Iranian pilgrims have died, but no mention of reasons.
Jordan officials have said they are continuing their search for the missing.
Hagi is one of the most massive gatherings in the world.
More than 1.8 million pilgrims are attending this year's ceremony, according to Saudi authorities.
Deadly disasters have been reported in the past, but this year the main challenge has been heated.
In recent days temperatures have reached up to 46 degrees Fahrenheit [46 ° C], causing rituals that must be performed in outer areas to be very challenging, especially for older ones.
The pilgrim will be finished Wednesday.
Saudi authorities have said they have taken steps to alleviate the heat, including water distribution and counseling pilgrims on how to defend themselves against the sun.
Last year it was reported for 240 people dead on pilgrimage. The biggest disaster along Hagi was reported in 2015 when more than 2,000 people died.
