The assessment has been made in the report whether measures to be removed against Kosovo, imposed due to tension in the country's north in May and June 2023.
At that world, the EU had said that Kosovo has not done enough for the stress of the situation.
However, it is not known whether Borrell has recommended lifting the measures.
The first discussion on this report will be held Wednesday at the level of ambassadors of EU member states.
Delivering this report, even with clear recommendation, does not mean the measures are removed immediately.
This report will only serve member states to bring this issue back to the agenda and start considering the possibility of lifting measures in the future. /Radio Free Europe/
