LDK MP Hykmete Bajrami has announced that only yesterday has the Public Procureing Regulatory Commission published 4 single-source contracts in many of 683 thousand euros, writes Periscope.
“corruption must be punished. In the market economy, no one has the right to negotiate contracts with a company in sectors where there is competition. This is contrary to Article 10 of the Constitution, contrary to the Public Procurement Law, is, respectively, misuse of official duty, damage to the state budget is CORRUPTION”, it wrote among other things.

Only yesterday has the Public Procubation Regulatory Commission published 4 one-man contracts in many of 683 thousand euros. So 683 grand in one day!
Yesterday, on Friday, May 31st, 2024, the Public Procure Regulatory Commission published four single-commercial/contact contracts negotiated without publication of the contract as follows:
1. Kosovo Energy Company: Saving and securing KEK facilities for two months (June-July 2024), total 448,251.13 euros.
2. Kosovo Energy Corporation: Transport of KEK workers for June-July 2024, amounting to 152,884.56 euros.
3. Additional work Re-enter/construction of 11 houses in the northern part of Kosovo, Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, total 63,725.72 euros.
4. The additional job Re-enter/renovation of 4 houses in the northern part of Kosovo, the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, amounting to 18,225.30 euros.
Corruption must be punished. In the market economy, no one has the right to negotiate contracts with a company in sectors where there is competition. This is contrary to Article 10 of the Constitution, contrary to the Public Procurement Law, it is, respectively, misuse of official duty, damage to the state budget.
Corruption must be condemned and responsible brought to justice.
