After 25 years, loaded with longing for Albania, I finally decided to come back. In the family I kept hearing it say “back to Albania”. I didn't know anything, I just had the goods for my country”- I start telling the American Voice, Arjeta Puca, founder of the “Timac” Company.
Arjeta is the girl from Debar since 25 years later decided to return to Albania, from where she left with her parents in the early 1990s at the age of 4 in Ankara, Turkey. Educated at the computer engineering branch, with a work experience in Japan and Germany, she decided to bring with her parents everything she had acquired. They own a company for the production of snowy machinery, as well as those for solar panels for nearly 20 years in Ankara. Beginning after the return nine years ago was difficult.
“The beginning was difficult, I didn't know the language well, I had no company, I felt isolated. I tried to create the right network of communication, to learn more. It was more learning and creating new recognitions. I've learned a lot. My job.
First, it was the sale of snow-cleaning vehicles. There wasn't a lot of demand and I did every other job”- Tells Arvita.
But it does not give up, and it creates the “Timac” Company as an initiative for adding products “Made in Albania”. During the beginnings based on the trade of various vehicles, Arjeta shows that he pulled the ambulance and managed to produce it for the first time in Albania.
“2 to 3 years had no work, I just applied. It was chaos in the time of David 19. Then we started producing ambulances. We worked with a company first for their production. She left the job in the middle and we finished it ourselves. Further demands began to follow. We had requests for the production of fire vehicles, police cars, or mobile medical clinics. All we said was yes. We studied them and did. For Ukraine we received a request from the UN to produce ambulances. We managed to produce 11 of these in two weeks. We've been working night-day” - it's sharp.
This was a strong starting point, and today the company founded by it, which is based on girls, produces certain kinds of vehicles and trades them into more than 20 countries.
Finally, Arette intends to touch another size.
“Shota” is called the prototype of the first military armoured car produced in Albania by the Timak company, founded by it 8 years ago. Albanian warrior “named Shota”, who fought for the protection of Albanian lands early in the last century.
“It was very difficult. We designed it for two months. We have had the support of Albanian designer Gregor Andoni. Along with engineers and staff girls, we've worked with a lot of excitement because it's the first Albanian military vehicle. We left the name as a surprise. Everyone was excited about the name when they saw it. We've really worked with a lot of love”- Tells Arjeta Puca.
The military machine act of mind and passion of a girl like Arjeta Puca will be displayed at the defence and security fair “Eurosatory” Paris, which will remain open from June 17th to June 21st, and where about 60 countries are expected to participate. Albania is represented with its Timak Company Shot, under logon “Grath at the wheel of change. ”
The Voice of America followed the final moments before this device began its journey.
We've seen military vehicles not produced in Albania, and we've had demands on these tools because we've managed to make the armoured ambulance. We saw that there were no producers in Albania and that we took this initiative and that we were pioneers in this direction”-Pothon Arjeta Puca.
The sun is surrounded by 15 girls. He has chosen to work with them, offer and take the best from them. They are giving the final hand to the Chota project.
This is not the first project so challenging. We like challenges and we always take over. We don't say no to any offer and the new”- she says.
But Arjeta's all this passion has a solid foundation of heritage that is her father, Saving Puca. He wanted to be a second child after a girl is a boy, but today I'm proud of him”- he tells about the Voice of America.
Always when there was a problem at work, I would say, what can I do that I don't have a father that you have a father, don't worry. Everything I've helped out with is”, says Rescue Puca, Arjeta's father.
The reason I'm here is the father. He took me with him to his job when I was nine years old. I'm used to seeing bars or plumbing oil. It's really the main reason I deal with these things. He always supported me and he never told me, you can't do this or that job. As a child, he has given me a hammer or other means in my hand”- Tells Area.
And as she follows every detail in her final moments before this military vehicle protected her from the production house, she relates her intention for the family.
The final goal is that we as a family make our dream, to return to Albania”- she says.
Hundreds of vehicles are essentially commitment and work, of the company's 15 girls “Timac”, with the Arlife at the top, finally the Shota, who is heading for Paris. It's already a dream come true for them.
