Former Presevo Chairman Shqirim Arfii has said Shaip Kamberi's party has made secret post-election agreements with the Serbian List.
He said according to information in the Presevo Valley, Shaip Kamberi and Ardita Sinani have made post-election agreements with the Serbian List, for Albanian municipalities Presevo and Bujanoc.
