What exactly happened?
Periscope has been reporting from the beginning of the announcement of this tender for the collapses under the tender.
Starting in 2021, Kurti and Ceku pledged that they would form a special commission for the renovation of the Memorial complex “Adem Jashar”. In fact, the promises were that by the end of December 2021, the work would begin in Prekaz.
However, nearly three more years would pass to take future steps in this regard.
Last year, Minister Hajrullah Ceku had announced the competition's announcement for this tender.
The competition found the projected investment value to be 3m euros.
Three economic operators would apply here.
Consumptions, removal of competitors and verdicts sent to court would mark this tender issued by Hajrullah Ceuk's ministry.
When we are going through all of this, a report was issued on the regulatory Public Procure Commission that the Ministry of Culture and Sports, in the second phase of this tender, has eliminated even a group of operators to grant the tender over 5m euros more than the envisioned value of a group of foreign economic operators. The value amounted to 7 million, 890 thousand euros.
This contract, which maintains the value of nearly 8m euros, is violating the Procure Law, specifically Article 62 points 2.1.
