This Law is also evidence that present power is more interested in propaganda than in the rule of law, because otherwise it would enforce laws that have inherited it for the seizure of illegal property”, Tahiri said.
Also, according to Tahiri, this Law, overturned today by the Constitutional Court, was against the best international standards and practices, because it was a copy of Bulgaria's law, which was overturned last year by the European Court of Human Rights.
“I thank the PDK deputies and our experts for professional work in successful case argumentation, as well as for the determination not to submit propaganda and populist regimes”, Tahiri said.
