One such thing has been welcomed by Albanian travelers from Kosovo visiting Albania.

Not even to enter Kosovo until December 31st, travellers from Albania will not need to submit ID to Kosovo border police.

“We travel frequently and should not have any controls at all”, one of the citizens passing through Albania to Kosovo said on Saturday.
According to the Regional Directorate of Kosovo Border Police, which manages crossings with Albania, for the first three days of May, over 47 thousand people have entered Kosovo, and over 47 thousand have also emerged from the country. /tch
