He is currently unknown where he is.

Sekiraqa, who was recently sentenced by the Supreme Court to 25 years in prison for being accused of inciting the murder of Kosovo police officer Triumf Riza.

That sentence, he was submitted on May 3rd and 17th, when police searched for him at his house, was understood that Sekiraqa has fled Kosovo.

All that has happened to this case so far is that Kosovo police have left a communique for the media, where they ask citizens that whoever has information on his whereabouts call the police.

Until now Enver Sekiraqa has neither been arrested nor known where she is hiding.

And that may happen for a long time (not arresting him) because the Constitutional Court in Pristina has not made any decisions or arrest warrants for Enver Sekiraqen.

Even for him, there is no international warrant.

That's all Periscope sources have been told.

There are no warrants, no locals and no internationals for Enver Sekriacenq have said safe sources of Periscope.

Periscop has requested an answer from the Constitutional Court on this issue, but until the publication of this text, there is no answer.

How did Enver Sekiraqa escape?

The court at the moment it gave Enver Sekerrakes his final decision in the case of Triumf Riza, had decided on the extent of the release at home until the full might of the decision.

This had made Enver Sekiraqa easily flee from Kosovo, due to the stated move.

If he were in custody to the full might of the decision, the situation would be quite different.

But this decision has cost judges Agim Kuci, who has ruled out the Kosovo Judiciary Council.

The Kosovo Judiciary Council recently announced it has held extraordinary closed-door meetings, in which it has decided on the suspension of Judge Kuci.

The suspension came after the same May 3, 2024, after declaring a 25-year prison sentence for Sequirah, took a decision to terminate house arrest and defend itself in freedom

What did the police do for the Sequirakes arrest?

Kosovo police last Friday through a public announcement requested help from citizens for Enver Sekerrake's whereabouts.

Police have published his photo and data, demanding him as convicted of criminal offence “in committing the apparent assassination”, in the case of police killing Triff Riza.

Kosovo's “Police require citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that whoever has information about the location of the suspected person in the photo attached, inform the Kosovo Police or report to the nearest police station or to the fixed and mobile phone: 192 or 038 550 99, all calls in the number 080019999 are anonymous, free of charge and confidential. You can also send your information to the information info@kosovo police.com” has appealed to police in 23.05.2024.

Pristina's Constitutional Court has declared the indictment against Enver Sekirakus, accused of inciting the murder of Kosovo police, Triumf Riza, which occurred in 2007.

At today's session, the court has decided that Sekiraqa will be sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Sekiraqa had denied having had any conflict with the deceased, Triumf Riza.

He had claimed that Arben Selmanaj had hit him with a gun to his head, which he had lost consciousness of that from the bullet Triumf Riza had saved his life.

Arben Selmanaj has dropped me with a gun to my head, back, then I'm being unconscious, I don't know, unless I saw myself in the hospital. I told the bullets he saved me.

Triumfi life, he's pulled me back into the chess”, declared Enver Sekiraqa.

Significantly, Enver Sekiraqa had been convicted twice by the first degree, but the case had become retrial.

In 17.05.2016 he was sentenced to 37 years in prison, and the second time he had been sentenced (16,09,2019) to 30 years in prison.

Police from Kachanic, Triumf Riza, had been killed in 30.08.2007 in Pristina.

Regarding his murder, Arben Berisha has been tried and sentenced to prison.
