Vetevendosje Movement MP Arber Rexhaj said dialogue with Serbia is difficult, taking into account Serbia's behaviour and the obstacles to Kosovo's membership in international organisations. “There can be no dialogue with one Serbia about how it behaves. “There can be no dialogue with one Serbia about how it behaves. We have after an agreed agreement which has contained several points, among them has been the pledge of the other two sides to membership in international bodies, while on the other hand we have seen in what harsh language Serbia has been trying to stop Kosovo at the Council of Europe parliamentary assembly of”, Rexhaj told Online Economy.
The “on the other hand is behind a terrorist attack with motives to annex a part of the Republic of Kosovo in this north case and of course in such situations dialogue cannot continue. So it needs to be rebuilt and then you've seen the idea when middlemen try to find fault, so in this case they blame themselves, although I think the approach from the start has been bad”, Rexaj said.
“In terms of dialogue, in terms of the Kosovo side I think Kosovo has shown itself because several times it has proposed signing the agreement someone has said although even the international factor has said that when the agreement is agreed, there is no need for signature, but because we are aware of what we are dealing with so that with a Serbia that has always violated the agreements we have already broken three agreements agreed with Serbia implementation and that they have agreed to be like that of other license plates and that it has been difficult to implement, even though we have always agreed with the signing of it in its Security Council, where Kosovo's prime minister is headed and so I think that the dialogue should be seen in another form of the dialogue, and yet he adds to the next form of dialogue.
