Samantha Power, manager of the American Agency for International Development (USAID), through a response on platform “X”, has described as a historic moment the fact that Kosovo has recently received its credit rating, which will enable the withdrawal of foreign investments in Kosovo.
She has said this will enable Kosovo to grow in access to global capital markets.
Kosovo recently secured a sovereign credit rating by Fitch Ratings for the first time with USAID's support. This historic moment will attract foreign investment, reduce borrowing costs, increase access to global capital markets, and help speed up economic growth”, she has said.
