The tragic event in Kolovica that took the lives of two people, the court makes a decision about Arijan Sjarin

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the detention measure for one month to Arijan Sijarina, suspects of the attempted “suicide” in the Kolovic neighbourhood in Pristina.
Syjarina is suspected that in co-ordination there have been committed criminal acts that remained in attempted crime, extermination or damage to property and ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.
The preliminary procedure judge has approved as based on the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants A.S. and the same has been assigned the detention measure in length of 1 (a) month.
Sijarina was involved in the gun attack among several people in Kolovic, Pristina, where Egzon Haziri was left dead, as well as the passerby of the case Zeynep Gashi.
For the tragedy that took place, Kosovo Police had declared the brothers Ahmet (Ali) Berisha and Naim (Ali) Berisha in search of “serious murders” and Fitim (Skender) Doda and Arijan (Arif) Syaririn for “attempted suicide”.
Doda and Sijarina have been caught by the police while the Berisha brothers are still on the run.
