The tragedy in Shkodra, Apel leaves Erdgys Arraz in prison

The Shkodra Appeal Court has decided to put national Erdgys Arraz, suspected of committing criminal work “in prison. Suicide causes”.

Erdgys Arraz is the husband of Alma Arraz, who drowned in the Buna River along with three minor children.

The case on the appeal was reviewed on the basis of the complaint made by the person under investigation, who called for the change of the security measure from arrest to prison, under obligation to appear in court police or property guarantees, writes A2Con.
