The testimony of Alma Arraz's sister-in-law remains: If I knew, I would never have left him.

Valentina Arraz, sister-in-law of the late Alma Arraz, has appeared at the Shkodra prosecutor at 09:55 minutes.

A month earlier, Alma had been to her family in Durres because of the arguments they may have had.
