Even on Sunday, Enver Sekiraqa, why was he left under house arrest?

Even on Sunday, Kosovo Police have failed to find traces of where they might have fled, Enver Sekiraqa.

That's what they said about Dukagjini from police who have recommended that the communiqué issued nearly 24 hours ago.

While on May 3rd, the Constitutional Court in Pristina sentenced Sekiraq to 25 years in prison for inciting police assassination of Triff Riza.

The decision to be made in his absence, his lawyer's and the absence of the prosecutor of the case.

But whether these cases are special and how they are handled by the justice system, attorney Fehmie Gashi has indicated.

Fehmije Gashi- Bytyqi-Avokae added that “ The amendment to the code of criminal procedure has particularly introduced the trial to lack, but specifys that the defendant is obliged to participate in the initial session and then can be held in his absence, and that has reasoned on the court's decision to do so without his presence and not only his”.

Lawyers and justice system monitors expect concrete steps from the relevant mechanisms, as, according to them, Sekiraqa has had to be forwarded by Kosovo Police.

“In principle, the Court has the disrepute to change measures for ensuring the defendants are prosecuted, whether they are set in principle with the procedure code, and within the court's discretion I am trusting they will be verified by security mechanisms without violating the principle of discrimination by Court”, Valdet Hoxha-former chief of the Kosovo Police Inspectorate said.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the parliamentary Commission for Legislation, VV deputy Adnan Rrustemi, has pointed the finger of guilt for the case to the judiciary, which he said all of this is not random.

Enver Sekiraqa I sentenced for inciting the murder of police officer Trium Riz, had been on the run five years before the justice organs were delivered.
