“Traffic patrol units from the police station in Gjilan during a routine check based on the new traffic law have halted a vehicle with local license plates (TAXI) and, during the search, proved that Kosovo Albanian driver ran his vehicle even though there was a halt to driving the vehicle as a safeguard clause. Same under Article 246 reform law on rules on road traffic 08/ L-186 paragraph 5 has been pronounced fines worth five hundred (500) euros, five (5) negative points, and the temporary extent of stopping motor vehicle driving in the six-month term (6) and seized from vehicle”, the report says.
