IKosovo Foreign Minister Anton Berisha has criticised Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who has not announced so far publicly that handing over the draft association status to the Constitutional Court is a condition for voting for Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe, the newspaper Express writes.
