Slovakia's prime minister's wound, Latvia president calls the assassination

Latvia's president, Edgars Srinkevics, has reacted following the wound of Slovakia's Prime Minister Robert Fico, condemning this act and calling for detailed investigation.

Srinkevic has said that violence is totally unacceptable until it wished Ficos a quick recovery.

Whatever political or other differences exist, violence is totally unacceptable. I wish for the quick recovery of Slovakia Prime Minister Robert Fico. I condemn this assassination and call for a detailed” investigation, he wrote on the “X” platform.

Slovakia's prime minister, Robert Fico, has been wounded and then taken to hospital after a shooting incident, local Slovak media reports, broadcast The Guardian.

The medium “Deník N” writes that one of his reporters did not see the incident itself, but heard several shots and then saw the prime minister standing up from security guards and getting into a car.

Zuzana ʹapbutova, president of Slovakia, has condemned the APUal attack on Prime Minister Robert Fico and said she wishes him a cure, Reuters reported.
