On the anniversary of the massacres in Sofia, Pavlan, Zahaq and Labijan Serbian agents have written some provocative slogans at a church in Nagel, Pec, for which senior researcher at the Octopus Institute, Gurakuc Kuci has said they are part of the Serbian agenda to create circumstances for incidents and war.

In a Facebook writing, Kuci has recalled several more cases when Serbia had insisted on cases in Kosovo, wanting the blame to be blamed on Albanians.

Among other things, he has appealed for vigilance, stressing that Albanians and non-Serb communities should be attentive to these events and never promote such propaganda, as he has said, these are themselves assembled by Serbian agents and their people in Kosovo.

“Today commemorates the massacres of Sicik, Pavlan, Zahaqi and Labijan, villages these in the Pec municipality. To leave these massacres in the shadows, Serbia through its agents has organised the writing of some slogans as seen in the photos below, in an out-of-use church that many years, too, forgotten by Serbs themselves.

These banners seem to be an occasion like the Panda case in Peja, where it now emerged late, and Vucincici himself admitted that it had been mounted by the Serbian secret service case.

This case is the same as that of August 13th 2003, where two Serb children who had used a generator to catch fish were left in the river (Bistrica) separating Zahajcin and Gorazac (resided Serb residents). Then, to cover the same events, they were fired with weapons to create a crime scene like Albanians did. But, KFOR and UNMIK had never found evidence that there was any interethnic crime there, but that was an incident and a mounted scene. Unfortunately, the case was closed without telling the full truth as it did not coincide with Serbs, UNMIK or KFOR.

Such initiatives, which are part of the hybrid war, are part of the Serbian agenda to create circumstances for incidents and war.

Albanians and non-Serb communities should be attentive to these events and never support such propaganda, as these are themselves mounted by Serbian agents and their people in Kosovo”, he wrote. / KP
