Pristina has sentenced the Constitutional Court in Pristina to 12 years and 3 months in prison and 23 thousand and 600 euros in fines of accused Florim Laci, Hammez Limaj, Arment Orana, Shabedin Reka, Avdush Qukovci and Ramadan Slamnik for the discharge of over 125 thousand euros and other criminal acts.

The act in question was proclaimed by Judge Musa Kondzhel, reports “The Justice Act”.

According to the indictment, the accused Laci of the money laundering criminal was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison and 3 thousand euros in fines.

While the accused Reka for criminal work buying, accepting or hiding items taken in the conduct of criminal acts was sentenced to 1 year in prison, while for the criminal crime of money, he was sentenced to 1 years and 6 months in prison and 3 thousand euros in fines, and the same was pronounced a unique prison sentence of 2 years and 3 months and 3 thousand euros in fines.

The accused Limaj for the money laundering criminal was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison and 3 thousand euros in fines.

The defendant Orana, on the other hand, accused of criminal labor buying, accepting or hiding items taken in the conduct of criminal acts, was sentenced to 1 year in prison, while for the payful crime of money, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison, and 3 thousand euros in fines and sentenced to 800 penalties. The same was pronounced a unique sentence of 2 years and 3 months in prison and 4 thousand euros in fines.

Charged Qukovci for criminal work buying, accepting or hiding things taken in the conduct of the criminal offence was sentenced to 1 year in prison, while for the criminal job of laundering money he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months and 3 thousand euros in fines. Against him, the court pronounced its unique sentence two years and three months in prison and 3,000 euros in fines.

Similarly, the accused Slmanic for the peddling crime of money was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison and 4 thousand and 500 euros in fines, while for criminal weapons were sentenced to 800 euros in fines. Therefore, the same sentence was pronounced uniquely of 2 years and 6 months in prison and 5 thousand and 300 euros in fines.

Judge Kondzhel said that the high-ranking time of stay in custody will be counted in the pronounced sentence, while the rest of the remaining prison sentence will be executed after the indomitable of this act.

The same is required that each separately pay the criminal procedure's expenses according to the court's final account, and that on behalf of the judiciary amount to 100 euros and on behalf of the crime victims' fund amounting to 100 euros each separately.

According to the trial, the accused were permanently confiscated the seized means.

Unhappy parties have the right to complaint in the 30-day term after accepting the same.

According to the PRSK indictment, founded on June 3, 2022, Florim Laci, Hammez Limaj, Arment Orana, Shabedin Reka, Avdush Qukovci and Slamnik Glory, are charged with “Money delivery”. The accused Reka, Orana and Qukovci are also charged with criminal work “Blerja, acceptance or hiding items taken in the conduct of criminal work”.
