Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, spoke about the photograph that took place yesterday, where he was seen sitting when Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti entered an office where Rama was standing with US Deputy Secretary James O'Brien and France's envoy for the Western Balkans, Rene Trocaz.
Rama has clarified that there was no first meeting with Kurt in that office, since they had met earlier and that photography did not mean it did.
Now this is the time where we live and a picture that breaks apart from the context and circulates on four sides and then gets disproportional meanings that are not related to reality. Actually, I had met with the prime minister before, so it wasn't that first meeting. There was a situation that people were moving on... so it didn't make sense that it got”, Rama declared.
Kurt has been seen conversing with O'Brien, Rama and Troccaz.
Otherwise, under the slogan “A region, the joint vision”, yesterday in Montenegro, the leaders of the region, along with representatives of the EU and United States of America, have started discussing the Development Plan for the Western Balkans.
