At the request of the prosecutor, trial of the accused is postponed for his brother's murder

Court Speaker Judge Allton Murseli announced that the prosecutor has announced that she cannot participate in this trial, as she is at the same time at another hearing in this court, reports “Battle for Justice”.

According to the indictment of April 13th, 2023, accused Milorad Shubariq with the nickname “Miqa”, which is in custody, is charged with the 7th of May 2022 around 15:30 minutes in the village of Ulter, Lipjan municipality, due to several disputes between defendants and now the late D.S. The defendant is charged with committing criminal work “grave murder” by Article 175. paragraph 1. subparagraph 1.3 and 1.6 of KPRK.
