He reported falsely, arrested the woman who claimed to have been attacked and raped by two people in Gjilan.

According to the prosecution, she had reported that while she had been walking to the city cemetery in Gjilan along with her son, she had been stopped by two masked persons who had threatened and dragged into the cemetery fence, “then according to her they had sexually violated her and forcibly robbed her of the gold ornaments”.

Evidence has reportedly been provided that the whole event has been an inskenemic, and the same has been false to its announcement in the police.

At the order of the alleged prosecutor lies in a 48-hour ban, and against the same within the legal deadline will be decided about the move to ensure presence in criminal procedure.
