Rama said it constitutes legal violations and at the next meeting of the Commission for Policy and Finance will propose these two points on its own.
The removed points, according to Rama, are the Kalabria Lagje Regulatory Plan and Pristina's Municipal Development Plan.
Fehmi Cupina was re-elected head of the Municipal Assembly as an independent candidate in March.
Full response:
Dear citizens,
By May 24th, 2024, we have called the Capital Assembly session to consider important points for the interest of Pristina citizens.
Among the points proposed by Pristina's executive are Pristina's Regulatory Plan Kalabria, as well as Pristina's Municipal Development Plan.
Amazingly, Mr. Communist Assembly Chief. Fehmi Kupina, without any consultation with me as the legislation defines it in force, has unilaterally removed these two points from the agenda, committing legal violations as well as being co-operative in our vision for the transformation of Pristina.
For your announcement, in the quality of the head of the capital, at the next meeting of the Commission for Policy and Finance will propose these points to enter the agenda for the session of May 24, 2024.
No one can stop our Pristina development and transformation!
