The prosecution denies that the group “opened again AlbKings”: If there is a tendency, we will take the necessary steps

From this prosecutor, the prosecutor suggests the reports were based on the recently closed group by investigative bodies.

The prosecution has said they are on monitoring this issue and if there is a tendency to open this group or any other similar group, the prosecution in co-ordination with the police would take the necessary measures.

The case prosecutor, Elza Bajrami-Kastrati, suggested yesterday at a news conference that the group is finally closed.

We have managed to close the group completely. We have managed to arrest seven people suspected of involvement in this case”, she said.

While chief prosecutor of the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Zejrullah Gashi has suggested that all the chief criminal acts of identity and credentials have been arrested.

At a news conference for the media, Gashi said it is likely to expand investigations even in terms of those who will be prosecuted in terms of criminal acts to be prosecuted, Express reports.

“regarding the “Albkings” case, it was announced that the prosecution in co-operation with the Kosovo Police has succeeded in tracking, uncovering and arresting all perpetrators of identity and credentials theft. The investigation is likely to expand as regards those who will be prosecuted as regards criminal acts to be prosecuted. Today we have a total of 7 people under ban, and we are in the next phase of the expansion of the investigation for other persons, 148x3>, Gashi has declared.
