Periscop has repeatedly reported violations of the Public Procurement Law for the tender “The construction of the National Road” Pristian à Besi odujevo”.
Works on the construction of this road have already begun and inaugurated it, Prime Minister Albin Kurti. But the procurement procedures that were applied to link contracts allegedly have become illegal. Illegally, even winning companies have been favoured.
The tender is carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, which is led by Libron Aliu, but is signed by Deputy Minister Hysen Dumrish.
Minister Hysen Durmish himself made news of the invitation from the prosecution a week ago. In a Facebook response, he expressed his dissatisfaction with this invitation.
