Police publish one person's photo, ask citizens for help in his arrest

The suspect is Besnik Bekir Ukaj, born on August 30th 1987.

Kosovo police require that anyone with information on the location of the wanted person call the Kosovo Police or be notified at the nearest police station.

The Regional Police Directorate in Prizren-Sector for Regional Investigations DDRP Prizren, based on the law for publishing the photo with other notes of wanted persons with the authorisation of the Basic Prosecutor Prizren, with the intent to identify and locate them, issues: Request for cooperation with citizens.

ʹ Besnik (Becir) Ukaj 30.08.1987, Korisa village municipality of Prizren

The person is wanted, for criminal work “homicide in the attempt”, which has happened to 17.05.2024 in the village of Nashec in Prizren.

Kosovo police require citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that whoever has information about the location of the wanted person in the photo attached, call the Kosovo Police or report to the nearest police station.

Anyone who houses the head of any criminal offense or helps him avoid detection or arrest through hiding tools, evidence or in some other way may be punished by Article 380 of the KKP for helping VP assistors after committing criminal acts
