At The Hague Special Court, a photo by the Rambouillet conference was accepted as evidence in the case of KLA leaders. But the former president Ibrahim Rugova's portrait was scratched in this picture.

The lawyer said the SPS didn't issue any arguments on this photograph.

Shefqeti has further stressed that this photo by Ramubje should not be accepted by the court as evidence, but, however, he adds, there is no provative power.
