At The Hague Special Court, a photo by the Rambouillet conference was accepted as evidence in the case of KLA leaders. But the former president Ibrahim Rugova's portrait was scratched in this picture.
The drill allegedly took place by Jakup Krasniqi, who, according to the SPS, reflects the feeling of hostility the former spokeswoman had. KLA with Rugova.
This case has been discussed in the “round of the Dukagjin Scrolls” attorney Florim Shefqeti, under which this photograph shows the lack of direct or decisive evidence that the Special Prosecutor's Office has (ZPS).
We consider it based on practice, when prosecutors or prosecutors have a lack of direct or decisive evidence tend to refer to evidence that they are circumstantial or that has nothing to do with crucial facts, respectively, with the elements of criminal acts”, Shefqeti said.
The lawyer said the SPS didn't issue any arguments on this photograph.
The second “S in no part of it has been given any argument linking to any element of criminal activity, since not the photograph by whom it was scratched is not known when scratched. And it is not known who has been placed in Mr. Krasniqi's house. Because it creates the conviction that this did not happen when this photograph was taken because no clarification was made on the part of the prosecution. Second, this way of scratching has not been made public or demonisticly, which would reflect, not elements of the criminal act, but just a secondary or series of circumstances that could reflect the internal conviction of an accused, which reflects it in public”.
Shefqeti has further stressed that this photo by Ramubje should not be accepted by the court as evidence, but, however, he adds, there is no provative power.
And this considering that we said these above, then the Court has had the opportunity to base 238... not accept it as evidence. Either way, even though he's been admitted, there's no provasive power”, the lawyer added.
