Mustafa: Internationals are looking for my Thaci Association, but Kurti's Zajedica

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has said the international community is looking to the Government of Kosovo, led by Albin Kurti, to submit to the Constitutional Court the draft Association of the Serb Major Commissions, which dates from the Base Agreement (Brussels on February 27th, Ohrid on March 18th 2023), and not what he [...]
Former Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has said the international community is looking to the Government of Kosovo, led by Albin Kurti, to submit to the Constitutional Court the draft Association of Serb Major Commissions, which dates from the Base Agreement (Brussels on February 27th, Ohrid on March 18th 2023), and not what he signed in 2015, or former Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, in 2013.
These comments, Mustafa has made in a proposal for “Albian Post”, thus responding to Prime Minister Kurti's accusations that he is being asked to make association under the 2013 and 2015 agreements.
The sub-national sub-nationals are now seeking association under the 2023 Kurti and Ohrid Agreement, which is actually named as Association, but it is territorial political autonomy in municipalities where Serbs are the majority. Therefore, there is nothing in common with that in 2013 and the 2015” document, Mustafa tells the AP.
As for the government's proposal to write and send a draft Association to the Constitutional Court by the end of May, the former head of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) estimates that sending such a draft to the Constitutional that is not agreed on in the dialogue process, except that “paradoxal” is, according to him, also “oseriooz<4>.
Mustafa, among other things, argues that in the Constitutional one can only forward documents approved by the Government, which should initially be bydivated “by a reconciliation of the ongoing dialogue parties”.
While, in terms of transforming Prime Minister Kurti's transformation, from the largest objector to the first to propose to submit the draft status draft to the Constitutional Association, according to him, it speaks “clear about the government's fraudulent and dangerous character”.
“The LVV has strongly opposed the unprecedented character of the government, which has been sold to citizens as a government of hope”.
Otherwise, Kosovo has failed to join the Council of Europe Ministerial Agency, which marked the 75th anniversary of the founding of the most important human rights organisation on the European continent to consider its membership in this organisation.
That is because member states -- namely, the main ones such as France and Germany -- have asked the Kosovo government to submit to the Constitutional Court the draft of the Serb-run municipality Association, which the executive has refused to do.
Instead, the Government, through Foreign Affairs Minister Donika Grovalla, has sent a letter Tuesday to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where they have pledged to write a draft on association and the same will be sent to the Constitutional Court.
However, this proposal was rejected by the most powerful countries of the European Union, namely France, Germany, and Italy.
