He is being charged with the murder at the “Ban Vivant” locale, on August 4th of 2023, in Pristina.
News of continuing the detention measure confirmed the Constitutional Court's spokeswoman in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi.
“After the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for continued detention in the criminal case against defendants A. P, the Constitutional Court in Pristina ʹ the Department for Crime on the date 03.05.2024 has made a decision and approved the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request, so that the detention measure indicted A. P, continued in length of 2 (two) months”, says the spokeswoman's response.
