Today, the meeting of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers will be held, where Kosovo so far is not a agenda.

Kosovo will not be in order days after some of the states like Germany and France have called for Kosovo to take concrete steps towards establishing the Association of Serb-run municipalities.

Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla announced yesterday that she has sent a letter to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, through which she vowed that by the end of May, Kosovo will compile an Association draft.

This led to clashes with the presidency, where they were told that there has been co-ordination among the heads of state for this letter.

“President Osmani supports only pre-advised, co-ordinated and agreed upon with the presidency institution as a constitutional institution with clear powers in the field of foreign policy and as the guardian of the constitutional functioning of institutions”.

This letter is not like this. It may have consulted and co-ordinated with individuals outside the institutions that have published this letter today, but not with the Presidency. Every letter of commitments signed by the three institutions must also be co-ordinated and approved by the same three institutions”, it said in the presidency's response.
