Meeting with Allen, presidency singles out Osman's statement that partnership with the US is existential to any country's success

President Vjosa Osmani has shared a video from the meeting and joint conference with US State Undersecretary for Public Diplomacy Liz Allen.

Osmani singled out Allen's statement that the US is committed to the people of Kosovo, while on the President's page the State Chief's statement that partnership with the US is existential to any success in Kosovo.

The United States is committed to the people of Kosovo as never before! ” Thank you, Vice Secretary Allen for this confirmation of American support, friendship and commitment to strengthen our eternal alliance. ”, Osman wrote on Facebook.

The State Undersecretary has thanked Osman for her work to keep relations between the two countries positive. The president, on the other hand, congratulated Allen on a successful visit to Kosovo.

Allen, meanwhile, indicated that they also talked about “the critical issues of Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic path”, to later mention the establishment of the majority Serbian municipalities' association as the essential step on the road to Euro-Atlantic membership.

The American diplomat also met with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who said she asked for implementation of all agreements with Serbia. The government chief wrote that they discussed democratic reforms and the MCC programme.
