Macedonia: Europe Must Be Willing to Russia's Threats

The conference is dedicated to issues related to defence and security, challenges and the current and future geopolitical situation, prevention and protection in the war era.
Meanwhile, the defence minister met with Polish counterpart. He said he has notified the Polish minister about the security situation in Kosovo and the region. Macedonia also announced the 48 bases of the Serbian Army located along the border line with Kosovo.
Macedonia said Warsaw's meeting is unique in exchange of ideas, as well as analysis of the security situation in Eastern and Central Europe, but also in the Western Balkans.
On the other hand, Minister Macedonia announced that the following days at the conference would be about curbing Russian invasion in Ukraine, but also other parts of Eastern Europe.
The “is primarily about curbing Russian invasion into Ukraine, curbing Russian hegemony in Eastern Europe. Various security experts, military professionals and political leaders of security dictatorships will discuss and exchange thoughts and information about the steps that should be taken in the future to prevent the expansion of Russian influence in Eastern and Southeast Europe, as well as curbing various conventional and nonconventional dangers that present Russian autocratic and hegemonist policies for Europe as a whole, but in particular for Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe”, Macedonci said in “InfoPlus”, RTK.
At this meeting, Macedonia said, participating countries would express the will to support Ukraine in its fair fight against Russia in many dimensions, to be at the conclusion of all European countries in relation to threats and risks threatening security in Europe.
This cohesion must be open and practical. So all countries must offer their capacities to be willing to prevent a possible threat, both from Russia, but also from other activists”, Macedonia said.
