Lumir Abdixhiku: LDK offers hope, solution, and vision

The Democratic League of Kosovo has held today the second general council meeting, from which the first of this party, Lumir Abdixhiku, has sent several messages even to government officials, writes Periscopi.

“For the people of Kosovo, three and a half years of power, are enough to understand and the content and shape of the rulers, thankfully and predict the future, therefore, to promote action in the present”, he said.

Abdixhiku stressed that the LDK offers solutions, hope and vision.

Ladies and gentlemen,
Dear members of the General Council,
Dear accomplices,

We are gathered here today, at the second meeting of the General Council, at a pivotal moment, for the future of the country and around the Democratic League of Kosovo. We have become together, not only as the highest representative of this house of democracy, but as activists and activists dedicated to our country, shared by our same dream about the present and future of the Republic, Kosovo independent and sovereign state, members of NATO and the EU, and with permanent friendship with the United States of America.

And this future looks bleak.
This future looks sad.

It calls for our monumental commitment, as the sole political guarantor of citizenship, as the designer of the Republic and as its citizens of democracy.

Today, as we stand at a critical crossroads in the country, all of Kosovo's identifying pillars have been placed on the scales of the people's fates. They are being dug up, torn down, and alienated as an ideological goal of the faithless of independence.

In this mission of distrust of citizenship, already distributed and publicly and proudly, joining the right in Kosovo becomes necessary. It comes as the new political mission of the Democratic League of Kosovo. Not just because we are guardians of a 34-year-old historical heritage, but because we are active growers of the State concept of the Republic.

Without us, this concept is reversed.
Without us, Euro-Atlantic travel, economic development and national unity are unlikely, as has now seen three and a half years of population and leftist power.
For the people of Kosovo, three and a half years, it is enough to understand not only the purpose of a power, not just the way of making politics, but the ability, the inability, the fundamentals to address daily problems, and, in particular, national ones.

For the people of Kosovo, three and a half years of power are enough to understand and understand the content and form of governments, fortunately and to predict the future, subsequently, to promote action in the present.

And today we need to reflect on this future!

Because it comes as a dark projection of these three years of spectacular failure, in economics, prosperity, education, health, its own Euro-Atlantic orientation diplomacy. We are therefore subject to danger, before which we must be held responsible, as political generation, as people and as society!

Three and a half years ago, the people of Kosovo gave this power unique political confidence. It gave the uncompetitive parliamentary majority, the right to make its decisions, and by this majority, gave them all the priorities of a stable power, with political powers as no preliminary powers.

Before such power, reasoning becomes meaningless.
Before such power, failure becomes paradoxical!
How difficult it is to fail 51% that even failure itself is a kind of skill! It's just mean!

To our unfortunate fate, and the bad fortunes come paradoxically to the nations in critical historical moments, the political power of a majority power, which in democracy translates into absolute power, this power did not use to advance the state on the necessary consolidation journey and at a very favourable international moment, but used it to exercise arrogance, feed propaganda, and sense inter-companion polarization, that our small country divided deep, shut up and trapped it badly!

And today we are right here!
Our separation is hateful.
Our chances are lost. The consequences are inevitable!

Amid complaints of past and propaganda as the aim of covering up non-employment, language and model that we hear in each of their actions, amid offensive language against political spectrum, threats to critics in society, confrontations with third parties in the country, teachers, doctors, policemen, prosecutors, prosecutors, the media, and allies, at the end of such a power mandate, comes to us as in its first days without results, with complaints about each other's past guiltyness except for their own failures without imagination.

Three and a half years after, we've been gone for years on non-exploitation, as well as irreparable consequences ahead!

These implications bear the name of a country without international credibility, isolated on one side of territorial autonomy on the other; bear the name of 173 Kosovars who leave every day in search of a new country, bear the name of a population in reduction, an economy in deep trade deficits, an insufficient economic growth, lower capital investments in all after independence history! So they bear the name of Kosovo's gradual transformation from a country that sought hope, to a grim, closed and without perspective!

Let us do so today, that their dialogue, throughout the authorship of an almighty political power, ended by a final agreement with recognition in its centre, in an intermediate agreement, without prejudice over our political status, with the overcoming of the past, and above all, with the self-awareness of Serbs as replacing the international preliminary obligation.

This concept of self-defence was shaped into a statute document that envisions the territorial autonomy of Serbs in Kosovo, as it lays out the constitutional matter of Serbia's power as a state in Kosovo. And this document was accepted internationally by this absolute power! Because it was accepted, the same comes to us as conditioning from now on in every effort for membership. The highest defunct act of citizenship has never done so far!

Let's get this straight; Their autonomy today comes as a national threat!

Conditions to Kosovo due to the popular dialogue today come as a burden to this generation and to the generations that follow! The membership and cognitive failures, such as the one in the Council of Europe, come as a result of all these actions together!

I want to make it clear, failure to membership in the Council of Europe, as an open door after geopolitical circumstances on the continent, is the severe blow of the difficult integration of the Republic of Kosovo, whose challenges are not the same as any state in the region. The lack of credibility of Kosovo institutions always puts our state in an unfavourable diplomatic position. You can only integrate with so little credibility. Our dedication, while making each step forward costly.

Hence, such populations always bring you into difficult solutions. Where the acceptance of condition is the collapse of the state, where Euro-Atlantic non-advancing is the loss of historical perspectives, that is, the narrowness of the state.

Before such a choice, power has chosen to disrupt.

Cutting Euro-Atlantic integration as a concrete goal and not only declarative. And with this endover action, this power has chosen and overcome from the concept of international consolidation of citizenship to a status quo integration abroad, to promote paths towards allies inside.

Therefore, in the greatest political disaster, Kosovo, our Republic, the country's institutions have no clarity for the steps ahead.
This spectacular failure in diplomacy, they call it dignity! They say patriotism in front of Serbia. Only we are sanctioned, except we remain conditional, except we remain without international membership, except on condition of territorial autonomy as the problem we have to deal with!

Now what does this popular dignity look like within Kosovo?

I am convinced that as we speak here today, power with all the propagandizing investment, their only product of work, aims to serve our citizens a parallel reality. To convince them, that the burden felt on their shoulders and backs, that of their families and children, the truth that they felt among the people of the house, that burden would prove to be false!

But she can't hide! Not even fancy.

The fact that for three and a half years, due to the highest inflation in our entire national history, every Kosovar has been impoverished for a third of its revenues. Full of 28% is official inflation in these three years, according to the Kosovo Statistics Agency. For basic products, for milk, oil, bread, salt, eggs and vegetables, according to the same Agency, price hikes in the same three and a half years exceed a total of 45%.

The fact that Kosovo's economy has deepened into investment dreary and in the unprecedented impasse of developing potential can be explained. According to Kosovo Customs data, during just three years, the trade deficit has increased from 3 billion euros to a total of 5 billion euros. That's all today's difference between exports and imports. The gap of the past 20 years has almost doubled in just three years!

According to Central Bank data, the projected economic growth -- averaged during these three and a half years -- is lower than the economic growth of 10 years of independence. So the leftist model of the population is not even reaching the results of independence. With this growth trend, our country will take 40 years to reach Croatia.

According to the Ministry of Finance data, central-level capital investments are only 11% of the entire central budget; for half less than the entire period of independence, respectively. Without investments there is no development. Without development there is not enough economic growth. Without sufficient economic growth, there is a high trade deficit, therefore depending on prices, hence almost 30% inflation - eventually Kosovo's exit, the people and its businesses!

Capital investments, large projects, important developmental signs have not only received shocks of inadequacy; they have received ideological shocks. Businesses are convicted because in left logic they are winning. Today, with thousands of businesses -- all over Kosovo -- are under systematic pressure from state agencies and inspections aimed at their necessary punishment. The state must be a partner of creators. The state should be at the side of Kosovo businesses not on them!

National projects have not been developed because they require more than words and propaganda. They ask for commitment. This government, like no government before, has had a total of 12 billion euros in management budgets, and yet, has failed to leave a sign, either on the street or in health, in education, in sports, or in energy! With 12 billion euros in budgets, with 51% power, with favourable geopolitical circumstances, Kosovo would have to be a model state!

We're still a model somewhere as a country. On the secret tender! For just three years, a total of 871 secret contracts worth 250m euros have been awarded under this government. Without competitive procedures, without competition, without law, eye-to-eye, directly, a total of 250m euros have been distributed for three years. Every day, for every day, a secret tender is signed in Kosovo!

Paradoxically, corruption cases -- of ambassadors as mediators of energy mafia, directors of public corporations in arrests and penalties, abusers of state reserves -- have received direct support of power. So today, Kosovo is described in international reports as a state with “serious government corruption”!

Public protection, even presumptuously, has been taken from all transgressors of the Constitution; those who have sworn to defend it. Full of 7 times, in 3 and a half years, ministers of this government have produced unconstitutional laws. Despite lost time, losing its end to reform, behind such a failure lies a quagmire of dangerous control. And behind the attacks on independent institutions lies the disdain of democracy itself. Because folks see themselves as over the state. Everything, and the people and the state, in their own service!

Dear members of the General Council,

All three and a half years ago, they've been lost. They don't come back. Insisting on their protection from power is the design model of the future. This future will come to us as it is now. So we know their future! She, of Kosovo families in survival. Of the unfree wages as much as price raising, of the necessary projects never to be made, of a country that does not travel Euro-Atlantic, and of a power invested in division and division before investment in common.

This future we dare not design as LDK.

This moment calls us to responsibility! This responsibility is closer now. Because after three and a half years of absolute power, this government is not only delivered, not only unable to create hope, but it is actually resigned. It takes legalisation of this resignation to bring true hope back to this country.
And that was my answer and the Democratic League's invitation to late dinner that seems to turn out wrong!

After three and a half years of population and lack of substantial progress, after three and a half years of polarisation, social division and promotion of propaganda without any human or political consideration, power had thought of choosing the opposition's instrumentisation as individual rescue from major failure.

Unfortunately, this instrumentization has found an ally.

But as I have said before, as I say now, and I will say it every time, to be heard better and clearer, the Democratic League of Kosovo refuses the dinner farce as a cover of political unity, which was despised when it was now offered three and a half years. The LDK provides answers to national right and patriotic mobilization! Until they return to origin, we look towards the shadow of the legacy of great patriots who made our League and Kosovo special! There we find the need for unity and repair as one.

So,

Let the union set the date.
The right, we, we set the party!

The LDK is willing to seek civic confidence, willing to assume and responsibility to project the future that this power has deliberately narrowed down!

To do that, there is only one way, they call the government's immediate resignation, as sole responsibility for the collapse of citizenship, the establishment of autonomy, economic impasse, national polarisation, population ecstasy! First the resignation, then the breakup, finally the election!

That's the LDK position!

Our journey is destined to be among the people of the country. The forgotten ones left in the mercy of daily confrontations. We have to keep the LDK where and where it's started, among the people, the voice of citizenship, from where we come from and our best-right Rugovist projection!

To do that, over the past 80 days, I have had a total of 174 meetings and gatherings of citizens in Kosovo and exiles. I have met family heads in villages who feel cheated today. I've met young people whose dreams are disappearing every day. I've met a teacher and a doctor, a cop and a soldier, who need the state to offer you the welfare of the hard work they do every day. I have met parents who carry on a job and can barely meet the minimum conditions for raising their children in Kosovo.

I've met businesses that need policies that open the doors to investments in the open with every state in the region. And more! I have met workers who want high wages, dignified jobs; want life in Kosovo.

At these meetings, I've seen our truth. What is now being covered by propaganda and hate, not that solution, by blaming politics.

I invite you to make the same journey each of you on each side. To follow in the footsteps of our people, and to bring about its meaning, the Democratic League of Kosovo, as it was in origin.

Knock off the doors of Kosovo families to be with them.

Those employed in the public sector, those who carry the state itself, you talk about the coefficator 150! From the first day of the right government, for rising wages as never before. The Kosovo families, you speak of the Ministry of Family and Goodness, as an institutional body that will see that our greatest wealth, our family, as the traditional concept of our social organization will have the state as its promoters and supporters! Young parents, you talk about food, your initial free care for each newcomer. Every newborn child in Kosovo, under our right rule, will have milk, food and hygienic products completely covered by the Republic. So that the parents ' final concern is the well - being of their newly born wealth! Parents, you talk about the third child package as a contribution to the family; as a prerequisite for our national growth!

Kosovo businesses are talking about 5 billion euros in investments in 4 years, and unlocking capital in the country. Tell them about the completion of all roads in the country, about the 500 million-euro gas plant, for gasification of Kosovo later. Tell them about 120 million in tourism in Brezovica and Dukagji. Sportsmen are talking about five new regional stadiums and the National Sports Center. Young people, you talk about half a billion euros of our investment in information technology, as the major driver of our national overcoming! You speak of artificial intelligence, technological parks, 400,000 encryption training in Kosovo schools!

Talk about schools with daily learning, and a reformed education when a fifth-grader in Kosovo has no knowledge and capabilities of a second-grade child in Europe as he is now! Sadness of failure!

Those on the waiting list, in the absence of essential drugs, all Kosovars who give 110m euros each year for healing in Macedonia and Turkey, you talk about our investment of 250 million in a completely new hospital, health insurance and full digitisation.

Offer the New Street as national rescue.
Like a right plan, like a collective ambition that brings us out of the gloom the populations they give now!

We offer hope, not just rhetoric!
We offer solutions, not just promises!
We offer vision, not just criticism!

As members of the General Council, as the highest representative of this independent and national formation; as the bearer of our historic destiny, you are entitled to do so, now, at this moment. You and each other member of ours in Kosovo and in Mergita. Because, the upcoming elections do not just tip up the fate of a government, but define our fate as the Republic and the generation.

This time left, we have to use it. Not presumptuously, not with hatred, but with an approach to everyone. And those who do not think like us. The Democratic League of Kosovo, must be restored to a appointment that embraces the best values of the people of Kosovo, which represents the country's most competent people, and that surely travels towards our original Euro-Atlantic journey.

And we have to do all this work with developing focus. So that Kosovo, the country of our ancestors, our country, the country of generations to come, is a developing and economic momentum country. A place that dignifies each layer, each family, for each individual.

We've already found our way. The New Way is the Solution!
Let's find the way to Kosovo now.

Let's get together. Let's stick together. Let's give ourselves a strong political family, and give it to Kosovo, our children and other generations, a Euro-Atlantic future.
