The presidency of Kosovo has continued to clash at a distance with the Government of Kosovo. This time, the presidency has reacted to Donika Gervala, also finding mistakes in her dates.
In a proposal for “Debat Plus”, Bekim Cupina, has said the Government and MPJD have not indicated co-ordination and co-operation with President Vjosa Osmani.
According to them, this does not help Kosovo.
The proposal emphasises that the president is continuing his commitment to a Kosovo membership session in the KiE as soon as possible.
“Concretising the pledges of March 22nd 2024 (not April), as stated by the MPJD), can only be done after reconciliation among the three heads of institutions, which did not happen. Such actions are against the spirit of inter-institutional co-operation and do not help Kosovo. Therefore, in order for Kosovo to succeed towards the KiE, it is important that state actions be co-ordinated in advance even within institutions, but also with allies supporting Kosovo membership. As I posted earlier, the president is continuing his commitment to a Kosovo membership session in KiE” as soon as possible, Kupina has said.
