The Democratic League of Kosovo today has held the third chairmanship meeting, out of regret that, according to them, the Kurti Government, has degraded Kosovo's relations with international partners.
The report reportedly expects the LDK from the Council of Europe to recognise all of Kosovo's democratic achievements since before the declaration of independence and to membership Kosovo in the KiE.
“Unfortunately, reports of prestigious institutions such as the US State Department, Freedom House and others found the high corruption of this government, interventions in judicial institutions, attacks on media and journalists, and a series of violations and failures that the LDK has long established in the Kosovo Assembly, urging the Government of Kosovo to stop popularism and advance the highly-established international relations built under the years<1>, the report says.
Furthermore, the LDK said they have witnessed with concern Kosovo's institutional investment in the division of Albanians in the region.
“The LDK reaffirms its position on co-operation with all Albanian political parties by trusting in their capacities and not interfering with their political or interparty issues”, the report said.
At this meeting, it becomes known that the LDK's mobilization was discussed, where it said their meetings and activities are continuing to discuss with each citizen about the new “political programme, which, according to them, offers solutions to their daily concerns.
