The summit's opening talks will be public.
Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama, Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Talat Xhaferi, European Commissioner for Neighborship and Enlargement Oliver Varheley, and US Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia Jim OCEBrien are also expected to be participating.
From Kosovo, besides Kurt in Sam, the deputy prime minister for dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, and the chairman of the Kosovo Economic Ode, Lulzim Rafuna, will participate.
