Kurti for Srebrenica Resolution: For peace in the Balkans, Serbia's responsibility must be confirmed

The country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has praised the UN Resolution's approval, by which July 11th is known as the International Memorial Day for Genocide in Srebrenica.
Kurti said genocide in Srebrenica marks Europe's most brutal massacre since World War II.
“for peace in the Balkans, Serbia's responsibility must be confirmed and further efforts are needed to bring authors to justice”, Kurti wrote.
At the UN General Assembly today, 84 votes have passed the resolution on Srebrenica.
A total of 193 states participated in the vote, 19 opposed and 68 abstained, during the vote the countries did not have the right to veto.
With this resolution of July 11th, it will be designated as “International Reflection Day and the 1995 Genocide Memorial at Srebrenica”.
