KoSSev: Kosovo police arrest Volin collaborator Leposaviq, had different names in Serbian and Kosovo documents

During yesterday, Kosovo Police have arrested a person in Leposaviq under suspicion of identity theft.

It's about a man with M.K. initials.

The news was confirmed by KoSSev evening deputy commander of PK for the North Region, Veton Elshani.

Police say they have had information on the possible commission of identity theft and that officials of the regular KK unit have detained him on the territory of the Leposavisic municipality and have subsequently arrested him.

This person has two identities -- one for Serbian documents, and the other for Kosovo documents” -- told KoSSev Veton Elshani, deputy commander of PK for the North Region.

He was detained for two days.

At the same time, police have raided this person's home in the northern part of Mitrovica, where he found and seized witness materials, Elshani told KoSSev, without specifying what exactly has been confiscated.

Although officially accused of identity theft at the moment, Elshani points out that there is a possibility that the work will be re-accused depending on the further course of investigation.

The “allegedly received the data from someone, but we will see if that's not how the qualifications of the criminal act will change, he said.

M. K. She was engaged to the “Not” Network for several years in the position of the journalist, that is, a member of the management council of this network. He was a close associate of former director of the so-called Office for Kosovo Aleksandar Vulin and an official in his party, the Socialist Movement.

At the time that Vulin directed the Office for Kosovo, the M.K. was responsible for media relations.
