Schwyz's public prosecutor convicted Kosovo of illegal inflows, unauthorised stance and free work with a fine of 66,000 francs.
Two people have been arrested in Schwyz Canton, who tried to obtain a residence permit using fake Croatian passports. They were submitted to the Migration Office in April and immediately raised doubts with their passports with suspicious views.
They claimed to be Croats, broadcast albinfo.ch. But experts from Schwyz Cantonal Police soon found that the submitted documents were fakes.
After further investigation, it became clear: One of them was a 35-year-old Kosovo who had entered illegally from Italy and worked as a bricklayer. The other was a 23-year-old citizen of Serbia, who had also come from Italy at the beginning of the year and worked as a bricklayer, writes “Bote der Urschweiz”.
Both men had hoped to obtain a residence permit with their false passports. Instead, they ended up in a cell at the Biberbrug security base.
Schwyz's public prosecutor sentenced Kosovo to criminal precedents for illegal inflows, unauthorised stance and without permission, albinfo.ch conveys. He was sentenced to an outright fine of 66,000 francs. While Serbia's citizen has received a fine of 2640 francs for the same violations.
