Today during the day near the editing, the information follows that a Kosovo businessman has been elected for the first time in history to President in one of the largest European organisations such as Green Building Council. And as we confirm, he is multimmitaire Bledian Ramadani, owner of the Gitor Spec company, and three other companies under the ARBK register. [...]
He has been elected president of Southeast Europe with 44 votes for, 2 against and 4 abstentions, by the Bulgarian Council under the leadership of President Ms. Adina Welch-Director in Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria, as well as Ms. Tzvetelina Borislavova- Director of Bulgarian American Credit Bank, and of course one of Mr. Ramadan, Ivan Zaykov-Director of AGC Glass, where this candidacy was proposed!
This innovation comes a few days before the multi-pronounced Balkan Summit was held by the AGC Glass factory in Pristina on May 22nd.
Green Building Council is one of the largest European organisations, which is directly linked to the European Union funds, and has one of the rare certificates of certificates of Certificate “Gren Safe” of construction standards, which in the European Union is binding as standard throughout the construction process.
In view of the construction in Kosovo, day after day it is being compromised and is looking for even greater qualities. But in support of quality and residential efficiency is playing an honor to the most important roles in the world, as energy is considering extremely costly resources and its savings turns out to be a huge need for society, so Certificate of Green Building will be one of the fundamental conditions also envisioned by the European Union for the entire Kosovo construction industry.
Businessmen Ramadani, has been at media point recently, even for several other events about the construction industry, and is one of the most talked businesspeople of the moment!
