Kate Middleton's battle with cancer is getting more difficult. According to Radar Online, the Princess of Wales suffers from fatigue, vomiting, and other side effects of prevention chemotherapy.

Despite that, Kate is trying to be strong and brave in front of her children, as she does not want George, Charlotte and Louis to worry.
