“Jumbo” scandal in Kosovo- Mane oligarchs' Mane Company Terrorise Lehoon

Two days after the birth of a child, a woman has left work. He has been pressured to volunteer his resignation so that the company does not pay his lehonia wages. This scandal has occurred in the multimillion-million-dollar company of oligarchs Samir Mane of Education Papraniks. Jumbo Company. Two days after [...]

Two days after the great joy of life, the birth of a child, a former associate of “Kiid Zone Kosova”, under the trade name “jumbo”, has been invited to the office by its former wives.

She thought the meeting with the superiors would take place in the office, but she was sent to a warehouse. She has confessed that for three hours she has been pressured by former superiors

Former officials pressured him to sign a document that he was voluntarily leaving work. He was charged with a five thousand-euro theft he was not denounced to the police.

Her former “jumbos” had done their job through pressure.

Former worker Albenita Zogaj, fearing pressure that she would be sent to prison and would no longer see her child born two days ago, had signed every document she had offered from former women who cried out to her all the time.

Company responsibilities “Jumbo” have not been returned Inside JournalOne week from now to asking questions. They have been asked about the statements of former worker Zogaj, who left work just two days after the baby was born.

If you don't sign them, you don't see your kids for 7 years”

The “jumbo” company is owned by two oligarchs. Samir Manes of Education Papranik. Mane publicly promotes the creation of a dignified job environment for entrepreneurs, while the Panpranik oligarch has been highly respected by Kosovo institutions.

Papranik is honoured with the title Consul of Kosovo in the Republic of Macedonia. The title was given by former Prime Minister Haradinaj. There is no official announcement that Kurti Government has removed the title from Papranik oligarch.

But how much are Kosovo workers respecting the two businessmen who are honoured by the state of Kosovo?

The confession of their former employee, Albenia Zogaj, proves that the opposite is happening. Their companies are terrorising the workers.

Zogaj has testified in an interview for “Justice Vow”, that its former sets in “jumbo” have done their best not to pay her the respite due by law. They've gone to hostage for several hours in a “jumbo” warehouse.

Zogaj was employed five years ago in this company. Once like a cashier. Then he advanced to the supervisors.

But the problems with the firm “jumbo” were shown because of her pregnancy. He worked in the firm until 5 days before his birth.

He was born on November 6, 2023.

It was recommended by gynecologist who in 10 days must lie down and must not sit or stand.

This doctor's recommendation had not impressed its former chiefs. Just two days after his birth, he was invited to come to the office in Pristina.

He was forced to leave the baby to a family member and respond to the former chief's order.

I was charged with misusing my duty. I'm told that “we have talked to the police and if you don't sign the documents we have to give, you don't see your children for seven years”, she has confessed Zogaj to “The Justice Vow”.

I've been told the police are coming and they don't see him looking for me. I asked out, I didn't get dumped. There's a storage lighthouse on the second floor, and one of the workers took me to the warehouse and held me for three hours. I don't have the phone right, nor are they concerned about my condition, not a zero-x1> item, Zogaj claimed.

Her former officials had filed documents under emphasis that Zogaj is resigning willingly.

Although he was intimidated by charges of theft in order to persuade him to resign from fear, the management of “jumbo” never denounced Zogaj to the police for stealing.

Labour Inspectorate fines Papranik Manes company

Zogaj had later decided to complain to the institutions. Work Inspector. This body had pronounced the company “Kid Zone Kosova”, under the commercial name “Jumbo”, a fine of 2 thousand euros.

The 2 thousand-euro fine proves that the Jumbo company had unjustly fired Zogajn in order to avoid paying off the lehonia vacation.

Initially, the Central Labour Inspectorate had asked “jumbo” to respect the Labour Law. He reminded her that it is illegal to break off her work relationship.

He requested it on December 14 of last year. Jumbo's chiefs had ignored the Inspectorate's request to respect the law by turning former Zogaj employee to work.

A few days later, on December 26th last year, the Labour Inspectorate had fined the firm “jumbo”, since it had not provided indicators that it is interested in respecting the Labour Law. /insef
