Izak left the PDK for NISMA: People like Fatmir Limaj need the country

Former PDK President Xhevahire Izmaku has publicly invited her former colleagues from the country's largest opposition party, if they are unhappy with the party leadership, to vote for Fatmir Limaj in the upcoming elections.

On the “Fropal” show, she told of the reception she received in the party that was separated from the former party that represented years ago.

I think that would be very normal, there were these attempts even along the way, but they didn't get through the finale. First chance with Mr. Limaj was 25 years ago, I didn't even think of going out of my way out of the concept I believe in. Fatmir Limaj is the person who, if you make a promise, keeps it to the end. There was no resistance from the leadership, I was supported by the youth and women of the party”, Izmaku has indicated.

The former politician says the Kosovo Assembly today mostly lacks state leaders.

I wanted even the dissatisfied people of the PDK to vote for Fatmir Limaj. Many of my friends inside The PDK contacted me, I still have friends, but they don't know if they have me. Kosovo's Parliament lacks the country's leaders -- one of them is Fatmir Limaj -- lacks people who have witnessed themselves to this country”, she has declared.
