Law and International Relations Professor Enver Hasani has declared that conditioning Germany and France with Association for Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe ( The KiE is due to distrust of Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
He has declared on Wednesday “KTV's” that the severity of international demand “is humiliating because he expresses deep distrust”.
